BIPOC Community Mapping will capture the health of Canada’s screen sector for Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) media creators through a survey and subsequent needs assessment report. The report will inform future REMC programming and policy recommendations, as well as be shared widely with industry stakeholders.

Here are a few things you should know:

  • The survey is open to screen sector companies that are BIPOC led and owned.

  • The survey has two parts: 

    • Section A a public organizational profile that will live on the REMC website.

    • Section B questions on organizational identity, operations and barriers to success, and will feed into a report including no identifying information. 

  • We value your privacy and will work to maintain the confidentiality of what you share.

  • The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
